He has been a visiting fellow with the American Enterprise Institute and was the primary Julian Simon Fellow on the Political Economic system Analysis Middle in Bozeman, Montana. Working for the U.S. Division of the Inside, he has represented the USA on the Intergovernmental Panel on Local weather Change and within the negotiations resulting in the United Nations Framework Conference on Local weather Change.
