Central Arkansas Improvement Council (CADC) has introduced that the 2023 Winter Utility Help program will start the week of Jan. 9 and proceed so long as funds can be found.
Purposes can be accepted in 19 counties within the CADC service space: Calhoun, Clark, Columbia, Dallas, Hempstead, Sizzling Spring, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Lonoke, Miller, Montgomery, Nevada, Ouachita, Pike, Pulaski, Saline, Sevier and Union.
