One injured in deputy-involved capturing at Jackson Kroger

HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – One particular person was injured throughout a deputy-involved capturing on the Kroger off of Interstate 55 in Jackson.

Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones stated deputies responded to the scene Friday evening.

In response to Jones, a male sufferer was shot and brought to the College of Mississippi Medical Heart (UMMC) in Jackson for remedy.

Jones stated the scene has been secured, and no further threats have been reported.
