A pair of warehouse and workplace buildings in west Little Rock totaling 178,900-SF offered for $16.5 million, Colliers Worldwide Arkansas introduced.
MCC Self Storage LLC and Wobbe Lane LLC bought Bowman Plaza I at 4700 S. Bowman Highway and Bowman Plaza II at 12120 Col. Glenn Highway. The patrons had been represented within the deal by Steve Lane and Tom Rystrom of Colliers.
The vendor was CG-Bowman Properties LLC, represented by Kevin Huchingson and Casi Runnells of Colliers.
The deal closed Nov. 1.
CG-Bowman acquired the Bowman Plaza I and II in 2012 for $10.2 million.
