PS: I obtained a report on the taking pictures Saturday night on the Capital Resort. It could seem to have concerned a 43-year-old California doctor. Stated the report:

“He was placing his gun in his waistband and shot himself within the leg. Officers noticed a gunshot wound to his left thigh and proper shin Officers utilized a tourniquet to each legs.”

He was taken to UAMS. Police saved his 9MM Sig Sauer handgun and ammo.
