Gilead Sciences gained a key spherical in its battle with the U.S. authorities over allegations that the Facilities for Illness Management and Prevention breached a number of contracts and “secretly” obtained patents stemming from analysis that led to the groundbreaking Truvada capsule for stopping HIV.
